Many apps promise the world, but don't really deliver when it comes to helping their users make positive change in their lives. The intent, information and content to facilitate this change may be present in the app, but that doesn't guarantee users will progress or succeed.

25% of app users open an app, use it once, then delete it. The way to retain these users is with an unforgettable, emotionally-impactful onboarding. It needs to have a strong, powerful narrative, an instant success or small win that releases dopamine in the user, and a clear promise that's in the user's best interest.
We have psychology experts on the team who go deep into understanding the kind of change that is needed and how to create this change. We design change across feeling and emotion, mindset and beliefs, and behaviour and habits, using our own proprietary method and proven psychological theories and models such as PERMA, Self-Determination Theory and Seeking System activation. This creates the 'framework' behind all the learning content, that is driving change every moment the user is on the app.
Emotional engagement is created by narratives and 'subcultures'. This means that the app has a unique personality and compelling brand that speaks to the user at a deep level of their psyche. It gives meaning to the experience of opening and engaging with the app. Here we use Depth and Jungian psychology, as well as neuroscientifically-based storytelling techniques, and advanced marketing and brand-building techniques.
We have experienced learning journey designers on the team with years of expertise in structuring and delivering learning experiences that go beyond the lessons and reach into people's everyday lives and habits.
